CCF settlement News
What is the status of this CCF suit? Did they get final approval on march 31 2008 if so what was it?
The official site has no news for over 6 months. I think they should have something on line on this so people will know where they stand on this.
If you have any news or opinions on the visa mastercard currency conversion fee lawsuit I would really like to hear about it as I believe that I am entitled to a fair bit of the settlement as I travel international all of the time and have visas stamps to prove it as well as credit card statements and bank statements.
I filled out the paperwork and feel that if you did to that you are entitled to a update.

I want to know as well. I check the page from time to time, but they should at least let us know if the March 08 hearing was held and what the outcome was...I want my money!
