OJ Was Screwed!

Well OJ finally got the day in court that everyone thought that he should get, we should all be happy that a terrible menace has been taken off the street.

Hey he was found innocent in LA So why are we retrying him in Los Vegas because I for one don't like the idea that if you are found innocent that the law will lie in wait for someone to make a mistake so that they can get a 2nd shot at them.

If you stole John Wayne's Life momentous and he went in and got them back he would be applauded and spend a few day in jail but this is OJ so we got to get him.

BS pure and simple as we watch the Orwellian process continue and our liberties are continuing to be eroded by the people who know better. Right! The same people that thinking that fighting two wars simultaneously is a good idea. Right!

USA Environmental Laws and the US dependence on Energy

In the 70’s during the Arab oil embargo there was a huge jump in solar and wind projects that were spurred by laws and subsidies introduced to counter the we can’t have “them” dictating our energy any way they feel sentiment we had while we were waiting to fill up our cars! Then in the 80’s and 90’s we forgot about energy and played with our computers and now low and behold Energy is an important issue again.

In the mean time we have been developing corn as a bio fuel, which sounds nice and green, but what we are really doing if you look at it is raising the cost of food which is a energy source itself, powering things near and dear to us like family, friends, us our pets indeed anything that is a air breather. So what we are doing in essence is taking food out of peoples mouths so that we can live the old lifestyle and drive big gas guzzling cars, build huge homes and be so alarmed at the poverty around us, what we are doing is waging agri-war.

Wind is getting to be as cost efficient as coal or natural gas and certainty as efficient as gas that shipped to us from overseas from “them” so while we are spending billions of dollars on the two wars that’s right folks two wars we are fighting right now protecting a resource that is causing a significant amount of damage to the environment, basically a very ugly subsidy, we are doing very little if anything to promote US legislation for the clean fuels that can be manufactured in the US like wind, creating US jobs and the next social revolution.

So let’s start today call or better yet go to your US congressman’s office and ask him to detail all of the alternative energy legislation that he has proposed and supported for as long as he has been in office and let him know that that is how you are going to vote in the next election. Ask him or her, what eco projects they are pushing to have established in your district and encourage your friends to do the same.

Putting my money where my mouth is

I am buying GE. I am also acquiring DSTI and Evergreen Solar which are making or will be starting to make solar panels from silicon and non silicon as well as CFW which is recovering oil from old wells.
