Cheap Lawyers Immiagration Divorce

Why is it that international kidnapping is being allowed when we have a Geneva Convention for war, isn't divorce a kinda of war, and isn't an international divorce a kind of immigration legal war waged between combatants of different internationals?

Amazing the different types of laws and policies when it comes to immigration and divorces and the ones that really suffer is the kids who are often used as hostages yet we don't send in the US FBI.
