you cant use your vehicle from 5 days to 8 months

possibility of your vehicle being impounded

Class III felony (5 to 20 years of imprisonment and a fine of up to $100,000)

License suspension of 15 years

possibility of mandatory IID (Ignition Interlock Device)

5th Offense

fine of up to $25,000

imprisonment from 1 to 20 years (or up to 50 years if your BAC is .15 percent minimum)

Class III felony (5 to 20 years of imprisonment and a fine of up to $100,000)

License suspension of 15 years

you cant use your vehicle from 5 days to 8 months

possibility of mandatory IID (Ignition Interlock Device)

Can you still drive after conviction? In some cases, you can. Nebraska has a law that allows you to apply for a special permit to drive 30 days after conviction (60 days if your BAC is .15 percent minimum).
